A Workshop for Women who find that everyday life brings anxiety everyday
When we get to a certain age, we can find that life becomes a little overwhelming. We try to be all things to all people and sometimes that can mean that we put ourselves way down the list of priorities. Do any of these comments ring true for you?
- I have to be there for everyone
- My children need me but so do my parents
- Struggling with symptoms of the menopause
- I’ve lost my confidence to do anything new
- My children don’t need me anymore and I’ve lost my way
- The world is changing and I can’t keep up

If any of this rings true for you, then come along to my 1 day workshop and learn some tools that you can use everyday.
The workshop is for a maximum of 6 participants. We’ll explore the group’s experience of anxiety and I’ll teach you some simple tools including some relaxation techniques that you can utilize on a daily basis to help you cope with the elements in your life that cause you anxiety. There’ll be a group hypnotherapy session and you’ll also get a recording of the session on a CD to take away with you together with a hand-out to remind you of the work that we’ve covered.
Refreshments and a light lunch are also included.
